so fresh and so clean

Summer is almost here. Most of you are rolling your eyes but I live in this steam room called South Florida. So for me, yes, sweating season is almost here.
Regardless, it's important to exfoliate year-round. Therefore, I want to share my favorite body scrub with all you lucky ladies.
We all know our body is covered with dead skin cells (sick) so it's essential to scrub away! Also, like your face, when exfoliate your lotion will absorb better into your skin (especially important if you're using a self tanner...hint hint) This scrub will leave you feeling super clean and extremely soft!

Bath & Body Works- I'm In The Mood For Scrub (True Blue Spa) $20.00

Honestly, how amazing is that name. OK, maybe that's just me being suckered into marketing once again. This scrub deserves it's own blog section because it makes me so happy. The smell is amazingly fresh and so clean I have become mildly obsessed with it. The best part is that it's not harsh on your skin and it turns into this lather (yes, it lathers!!!) since it has Shea Butter beads. Heaven. The bottle is huge and the price is perfect (It's part of that True Blue Spa line and you can do the buy 2 get 1 free deal) Also, a major bonus is that, unlike other scrubs I've used, your shower doesn't turn into a slip 'n slide!

Hopefully I've convinced you to buy this. If not, more in stock for me. I have a promotional code for you if you choose to order it online from http://www.bathandbodyworks.com

Bath & Body Works Promo code for 20% off until 3/20/11 is  S113647

  1. Dear ms beauty bit:

I'm looking to purchase this scrub but since you can get 2 more products with the special deal, which ones do you recommend getting? Lotion maybe? Help!

    Love the blog-

  2. Dear Ms Cold in Chitown...

This is easy. The reason I stumbled across the amazing scrub is because I needed a self tanner. The True Blue Spa All Angle Airbrush Tan is amazing (start prepping those stems for when Chitown defrosts and of course for Vegas) It doesn't smell horrific and doesn't leave you orange. After you spray it I always still rub it in to make sure it's even. (Use it after you exfoliate with the heavenly scrub) The other product I would get is the True Blue Spa Shea Butter Silky Smooth Shave Cream. I'm sure after hibernating for so many months it will come in handy :)
I like their body lotions too but they're a little to thick for my liking and their Tahitian one had me smelling like a tropical air freshener or middle schooler- either way not sexy.

    Miss you Abs!

    xx
