TGIF (seriously sometimes I wish Family Matters and Boy Meets World were still on Friday nights) So I'm a
little hungover from a fun night drinking vino and chatting with my girls... or I'm just being lazy since it's Friday and don't feel like getting ready. Days like today are exactly why I say TGFF- Thank God for Faux Foundation!
Perricone MD- No Foundation Foundation $50.00 Yes, of course it was the name that sold me. It is on the pricier side but holy crap my skin has never looked better! It's a universally flattering shade- as in everyone, yes you. It has SPF

30 just to make it that much more amazing and it gives you the most fresh faced dewy look ever. This product is all I need for summer- OK, clearly I'm lying. I'm too addicted to products for that BUT that whole stranded on an island thing this would definitely be one of the things I'm taking with me. I swear when you see a celeb picture of them glowing without makeup I think to myself- smart woman, you know about the no foundation foundation don't you! Trust me, if you don't wear foundation ever this bottle will flip your world upside down. Seriously, try it out. I know it's pricey so go to Sephora and ask for a sample and I bet you'll fall in love.

Laura Mercier- Tinted Moisturizer $42.00 I haven't met a person yet that I've recommended this product to that hasn't become obsessed with it. They have two versions one that's illuminating and the

other isn't. I tend to just go for the regular, you can always add some highlighter afterwords- you don't need your whole face glowing, right? This stuff has SPF 20 in it which is just wonderful and it manages to stay on my face even in the Southwest Florida's most humid months- which is pretty much like hanging out in a steam room all day (and night) long. It's sheer but has the perfect coverage and is really moisturizing, it's honestly ah-mazing! (they have an oil-free version too if you have really oily skin) If you don't like putting foundation on your face please try this before you try any powdery stuff- I really think you will love this! Make sure you go and choose the right shade (this isn't one size fit's all like Mr. Perricone's!)

Benefit- Some Kind-a-Gorgeous
$28.00 Alright, yes the name once again and also the fact that it's Benefit captivated my attention. First of all this stuff is weird, I've never really tried anything like this before. I truly just recommend this stuff mainly for the makeup virgins out there. It's extremely creamy and dries as a powder (but not cakey at all...trust me) It comes in 3 shades so pick the right one for you! You won't feel like you put anything on your face and your skin will be as smooth and as soft as a newborn's tush! This is perfect if you never put anything on your face- kind of like a gateway drug. You start with this and you will end up using full blown foundation in no time! Go try this out! You can buy it at Sephora and Ulta.
